residences and penthouses. The concept emphasizes privacy, generous internal
volume, and view-driven layouts, including corner options with Burj Khalifa
outlooks. A key design theme is elevated ceiling height, creating a more open,
light-filled interior feel, especially within select duplex homes.Amenities are
designed as a layered lifestyle experience. The podium level brings together
pools, kids’ play areas, a jogging track, Club Millésime, an outdoor cinema, a
fully equipped gym, wellness and treatment rooms, and a pétanque court. A
dedicated wellness floor adds calmer spaces such as a zen garden, yoga areas,
an indoor screening room, and two guest studios available for short-term stays
